At Curlicue, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to offer replacements for items that arrive damaged.

Replacements for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@curlicue.org within 3 days of receiving the package. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Once we verify the issue, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns on any items.
  • Refunds are not offered but store credit may be applied to your account depending on circumstances.
  • Replacements are only issued for damaged products with valid proof.
